This 60 minute Indo Yoga Board class is available to all levels of participants. The additional challenge in maintaining balance requires you to stay fully present in the moment. Moving through this sequence of poses while standing on this unstable surface encourages you to use more stabilizing muscles, including the deep core muscles resulting in increased core strength and balance. It’s a fun way to challenge yourself and include complete focus on pure movement. This class is for all of those people who are looking to incorporate a little something different in their yoga practice while having fun and never having to worry about falling in the water.
