Have you ever wanted to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding on open water but you were afraid of falling into the water? Or you keep seeing and hearing people talk about SUP Yoga...what? This is where Indo Yoga boards come in handy and you can try it out on dry land!

This 60 minute Indo Yoga Board class is available to all levels of participants. The additional challenge in maintaining balance requires you to stay fully present in the moment. Moving through this sequence of poses while standing on this unstable surface encourages you to use more stabilizing muscles, including the deep core muscles resulting in increased core strength and balance. It’s a fun way to challenge yourself and include complete focus on pure movement. This class is for all of those people who are looking to incorporate a little something different in their yoga practice while having fun and never having to worry about falling in the water.

The weather is beautiful and a great time to paddle around on SUP, do some relaxing yoga and we will follow up with a relaxing Savasana on the board with a sound bath to wrap up a perfect day on the water.
